Curiosity has always been my shining light. It’s what fuels my love of storytelling, photography, and creating something new. From childhood to today – through all the challenges and surprises of life – one thing has remained constant, I never stop learning. And I never want to.

- Curiosity: The Magic Ingredient
If you’ve ever watched a child explore the world, you know the magic of curiosity. They ask endless questions, poke at things, and dive headfirst into adventures. Somewhere along the way, many of us forget how exciting it is to wonder about things. But here’s the secret: Curiosity keeps us young, sharp, and full of life.
Lately, my curiosity has led me down several inspiring paths. I’m deep in the creative process with my first children’s book, and refining the two characters. One is a lovable curious figure with a scarf, backpack, and notebook. The other, a sweet spirited companion, with her thoughtful and adventurous personality traits, brings balance to their adventures.
The core themes are: friendship, kindness, compassion, exploration, and problem solving.

- Embracing the Learning Curve.
Learning something new isn’t always easy. It can be humbling, and even downright farcical at times. But those moments of struggle? That’s where the real magic happens. I recently came across a quote that stuck with me.
“You don’t stop learning because you grow old. You grow old because you stop learning.”
That hit home. Whether it’s learning how to develop a compelling story – figuring out new ideas for my children’s books, or even navigating life’s challenges, I know this much – remaining open to learning keeps the adventure going, and It’s a good thing that I love adventure!

- Every Great Adventure starts Somewhere.
It might begin with a question, a dream, a spark of curiosity, or an unexpected encounter that changes everything. No matter how or where it starts, adventure is fueled by the courage to step forward, the willingness to explore, and let possibilities unfold, and the heart is open to embrace whatever comes next.
Until next time, keep asking questions, keep exploring, and – most importantly – keep having fun with all of it….
